Honeybird Homes is a real estate company that purchases properties "as-is." We provide a platform and process for individuals to submit information about their properties so we can evaluate them and make purchase offers. We may contact you via phone calls, text messages, or email to discuss your property and our offers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to sell the property you submit to us. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Responsibilities

When you provide information to us (e.g., your name, contact details, or property information), you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
• Ensure you have the legal right to sell the property or act on behalf of the property owner.
• Respond promptly to any requests for additional information needed to evaluate your property.

4. How We Use Your Information

We collect and use your information solely to evaluate your property and make purchase offers, and to contact you via phone, text, or email regarding your property and our offers. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

5. Communications

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us via:

• Phone calls (including automated or pre-recorded calls, where permitted by law).
• Text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Emails.

You may opt out of these communications at any time by replying "STOP" to a text message, replying "HELP" for assistance, clicking "unsubscribe" in an email, or contacting us directly at admin@honeybirdhomes.com. 6. No Obligation

Submitting your property information does not guarantee that we will make an offer or purchase your property. All offers are subject to our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to decline to make an offer or proceed with a transaction for any reason.

7. Intellectual Property

Our website, logos, and content are owned by Honeybird Homes and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our materials without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or data. Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or our services will not exceed $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Honeybird Homes, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or any misrepresentation of your property or authority to sell it.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website with the updated "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
