Our website, logos, and content are owned by Honeybird Homes and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our materials without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or data.  Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or our services will not exceed $100.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website with the updated "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
